How to Care for Your Band T-Shirts
A few simple habits will keep your tee looking good and the print lasting longer.
- Turn inside out: Always wash inside out to protect the print from friction with other garments.
- Cold wash: Use cold water to preserve the ink and prevent fading.
- Gentle cycle: A mild detergent and gentle cycle or hand wash will minimise stress on the fabric.
- No softeners or bleach: Both can break down the print and affect the colour over time.
Drying and Ironing
Air dry where possible. Lay flat or hang in the shade away from direct sunlight, which can cause fading. Avoid tumble drying as heat can crack or peel the print. If ironing, turn inside out and use a low heat setting. Never iron directly over the print.
