Delivered in 2-4 business days. Items are sent with tracked non-signature satchels so you don't have to be home.
All orders are dispatched from the TeeRex warehouse in Nelson, New Zealand

*Deliveries to Rural District zones (RD) can take up to an additional 2-3 working days and will be sent with NZ Post by default.
During weekends, public holidays and Sundays, nothing will be shipped.
Should you feel that your goods did not arrive in good condition, please contact us via email immediately (within 24 hours).
New Zealand Delivery Policy
Goods are sent with Courier-Post tracked non-signature. You can track your parcel by entering the tracking number displayed on your order status on the Courier Post website here. The tracking number looks something like this HA 038 320 000 NZ. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed.
International Shipping 
All international orders are sent with New Zealand Post by default and without tracking. Please allow for up to 6 weeks for delivery to USA and Europe although in most cases this will be a lot quicker.
Customs duties may apply so best check your countries local border policies.
