Buying a t-shirt online without trying it on first is not always straightforward. If something is not right with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Need a different size or want a refund? We will sort it out.
The Fine Print
To keep the process fair for everyone, please note the following:
- Items must be returned in re-sellable condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been washed, tumble dried, damaged, or carry odours such as smoke.
- For exchanges, there is a $6.50 re-shipping fee, or you may provide a pre-paid self-addressed postal satchel.
- If your original order qualified for free shipping, the $6.50 shipping cost will be deducted from any refund processed.
- Please include your name and order number with any return, along with instructions for a refund or exchange.
