The Fine Print
To ensure a fair and reasonable process for everyone, we ask that you consider the following guidelines for returns:
- Items must be returned in perfect, re-sellable condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been washed, tumbled dried, damaged, or carry odours such as smoke.
- For exchanges, there is a $6.50 re-shipping fee, or you may provide a pre-paid, self-addressed postal satchel.
- If your original order qualified for free shipping, the $6.50 shipping cost will be deducted from any processed refund.
- Please include your name and order number with any returns and instructions for refund or exchange
